As Prophetic scales into the enterprise, our customers need more than a product demo — they need a technical partner who can understand their workflows, configure the platform for their specific use cases, and ensure they realize maximum value from day one. We're looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between our product and our most complex enterprise customers.
You'll work at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering. During the sales cycle, you'll lead technical discovery, run customized product demonstrations, answer complex technical questions, and build proof-of-concept configurations. Post-sale, you'll support enterprise onboarding, work with Account Management on technical escalations, and serve as the voice of the customer back to Product and Engineering.
Prophetic's platform processes geospatial data, zoning information, parcel ownership records, and AI-generated insights across all 50 states. Enterprise customers often have unique data requirements, API integration needs, and workflow configurations. You'll be the person who ensures those requirements are understood, scoped, and delivered.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role. You'll be in the room for our most strategic enterprise deals and directly influence how we win and retain our largest customers.
