SiteAI Multifamily turns a yield study into something you can run in minutes, on any parcel, before you spend a dollar on design. Here's how it works:
- Pick a parcel. Select any site on the map.
- Set the constraints. Review and adjust environmental and site constraints, and test zoning and rezoning scenarios.
- Define your program. Enter target unit sizes and mix, parking ratios, and other inputs.
- Compare scenarios. SiteAI generates multiple building masses and unit-count scenarios for you to weigh.
Each result can be viewed as a 2D site plan or a 3D massing model, with complete building details such as loss ratio and total parking spaces under different parking scenarios.
