About the Role

Prophetic is the market leader in AI-powered land acquisition intelligence, and our enterprise pipeline is accelerating. We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to lead complex, high-value sales cycles targeting the nation's largest homebuilders, developers, and real estate investment firms.

This is not a transactional sales role. You'll own deals with multi-division organizations where buying processes involve land acquisition VPs, construction leadership, finance teams, and C-suite executives across dozens of divisions and geographies. Deal cycles can span months, and the strategic positioning you build during the sales process is what drives org-wide expansion after close.

You'll prospect your own pipeline through LinkedIn, executive networking, industry conferences, and warm referrals. Paid pilots are replacing free trials — your job is to sell the pilot, drive adoption, and convert it into a long-term enterprise contract. Post-close, you execute a structured handoff to Account Management and set the account up for expansion.

What You'll Do

  • Own and drive complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close with the nation's largest homebuilders, developers, and real estate firms.
  • Navigate multi-division, multi-stakeholder buying processes involving land acquisition, construction, finance, and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Source and build your own pipeline through LinkedIn, executive outreach, industry conferences, and referral networks.
  • Run structured discovery and anchor every pricing conversation in quantified ROI before a number is shared.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management — accurate deal values, clear stage progression, and honest forecasting.
  • Execute structured handoffs to Account Management post-close, ensuring seamless customer transitions.
  • Set the table for geographic and product expansion within enterprise accounts.
  • Represent Prophetic at industry conferences and executive events.
  • Leverage AI tooling daily for prospect research, call preparation, follow-up drafting, and competitive analysis.

What You Need

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of closing six- and seven-figure enterprise deals.
  • Demonstrated success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes with long deal cycles.
  • Track record of self-sourced pipeline — you hunt new business through outbound prospecting, not just inbound leads.
  • Ability to engage C-suite executives and anchor pricing discussions in business value and ROI.
  • Experience managing a CRM pipeline with rigor — accurate forecasting, clean deal stages, and disciplined pipeline hygiene.
  • Comfort with AI tooling as part of your daily sales workflow.
  • Executive presence, strong communication skills, and the ability to command a room.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into real estate, construction, homebuilding, or land development.
  • Background at an early-stage or high-growth startup where you helped build the enterprise sales motion.
  • Structured enterprise sales methodology experience (MEDDIC, Challenger, or similar).
  • Conference selling experience — working executive events, running on-site meetings, and converting event relationships into pipeline.
  • Experience with org-wide deployments across multi-division enterprises.
